The start of a new year is a good time to reflect on how things are going.
That's what this picture is about. 

The upper right shows the prototype WW&F shop at Sheepscot, Maine. 
Note that I've flipped this view on account of my reversed plan.

My replica, center, shows how I've had to accept a LOT of compromise.
Still, it's way better than where we were 5 years ago, upper left.

I'm glad I decided to follow a specific prototype. 
Even with all the compromises I'm sure the result will be better than anything I might have dreamed up.
