Dave , its a standard plastic bachmann on30 coach.  Roof has strips of kleenex split to single ply , painted weathered grey or grimey black ?? then kleenex applied to soak into paint. Then another full coat over top to seal it down. Gives a nice fine almost cloth look to roof.  Those pointed vents on top are FSM HO units .

tan shade at top of sides and window trim is floquil earth, orangy shade is thinned floquil rust, green shade is either depot olive, coach green or pullman green. Been 7 months cannot remember. Its my basic technique of dipping brush lightly into thinners then same into paint with wide 1/2" flat end brush. Gives the semi faded/worn look to paint. Shows up better on cookhouse.
