Woodie put a Tusami (sp?) sound into a loco to prove that it worked, but the sound takes more battery power than the loco motor does, so he removed it. He and I are not impressed with sound, in my case I have never heard one that sounded like a real steam loco. I knew the fellow that developed the PFM, and later PBS sound systems, before he moved to Washington state. He spent so much time in his basement listening to  electronically generated noise that he swore that it sounded just like the real thing--not as far as I am concerned.

Fix it again, Mr Gates--it still works!"
