Hey all, I just got Duane Ericson's new Sonora Narrow Gauge book and even though I haven't read it yet, the photos are inspiring and nicely reproduced. Duane has researched several Mexican mining roads with gauges from 24" to standard gauge...old time and modern. I will read the text soon, but am still looking at and drooling over the photos, mining lovers will really enjoy this one. Duane is on freerails and you should send him a PM and order a copy ASAP. Realize that I have no financial stake in this, I just believe we should support those with the herewithall to write and produce works like this one. I am proud to add this to my library and hope Duane will continue with publishing fine information for historians and modelers alike.
