If you are going to build your switch with aluminum rail, there is an aluminum rod that needs no flux and can be applied with a Bernz-o-matic torch. I don't like the looks of cast frogs in model switches---but then again you know better than most here that I don't like the looks of lots of things now days. Herr Bert
