heh, Yeah both my brother and I noticed that our old man is a train horder from way back, even when he builds layouts, they end up sold of or broken up, and all the rolling stock ends up in boxes in cabnets.

Kind of makes me wonder when the line crosses from collecting to hording. I find that personally as much as i would love to hord, being regularly on the move stops that, I become very selective about what I keep, and most layouts tend to stay very small and portable, or end up trashed when the flaws become to obvious and I want to do it all again. If i had a perminant place to live for the rest of my life, I would definately start hording.. starting with some large 1:1 scale coaches and carrages :)
