I don't know much of the Fleischmann turntable but here you can find an original replacement for the motor:
But it's not cheap and you have to call them for the shipping price to Australia.

An alternative on this page:
See the Tillig motor at the bottom of that page. I hope you understand a bit German? My German is not very good but what I understood of it is that you have to be a bit carefull. The dimensions of this motor are a bit bigger than the original Fleischmann motor. So you have to cut away a few peaces. Once you have done that ther is no way back! Also the placement has to be done precise to make the turntable rotate smooth.
