Some of these mooodern electronic marvels, do need a 'breaking in' period.

Of course, down Dallas way, the traditional methods are still the most reliable.


Here, Woodie is 'breaking in' a new Texas-Instruments TL07x series microchip.


Holding on tight to the wiring is vitally important & needs both hands.

In clenched teeth is a pre-made 'Pliobond' traction-tire...

...ready to be lassooed around the new locos wheels.



It's dangerous work ... But the ore-cars must be kept on the move !
