Howdy Peter & all...the corrugated/aluminum pan thing is not something I figured out. I read about doing the same thing in an ancient Model Railroader or maybe Model Craftsman. I believe the modeler made his embossing form with the right size wire soldered to a sheet of brass (looking like using a plastic piece)and then pressed the aluminum down on that. It could have been Jack Work, one of the greats of the hobby. It seems that for "ideas", what goes around comes around...maybe 50 years later!
