The building was a single story structure, where it is located has mountain ranges around it, roughly 7500 to 8000 ft in height, the sun cannot get there for about 4&1/2 months of the year. The snow is wet and heavy when it comes down in this area.

3 or 4 years ago Calgary got hit with a freak storm in September, again wet and heavy snow, broke branchs on between 3 & 4000 trees, quite a mess when I got back into town. Pleasent +6C today, more snow melting off, cooling down again next week.

Hope to pickup some plywood today and get started on yet another layout!, last layout I could run 25 car trains, but did not leave much room for scenery which I enjoy, so back to square one.
