In looking at Dave's build and some other critter builds based on scavenged mechanisms, I can't figure out one thing:

How do you guys attach the frame to the mechanism? I would think gluing or epoxying would be too "permanent" in that it might render the mechanism unrepairable in the future.

Brackets glued to the body of the mechanism, then screw the frame to the brackets?
