I'm looking for an HO scale tugboat. Plastic prefered, but a wood kit would be ok. I don't want a waterline model.
I have one that I bought half built in a plastic bag. I think it's a Lindburg kit. It looks too big.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Big River Railman
Here is one that has a full detail or waterline option. Scroll down the page to "West Coast Tug Columbia". It is a nice price for the details that come with it.
There are others on the page as well. It is kinda hard to find the ones that dont come in a waterline form.

Thanks. That one isn't the type of tug that I'm looking for. I'm thinking more like something that B&O or Pennsylvania RR would use.

The Linberg tug hull is Ho Scale, the super structure is actually more 1/72 scale. the hull can be used, and a new superstructure can be built to scale. I have two I am working on tight now. one has been converted into a Navy YTB tug, and the second has been cut in half with a two section added a new deck cut out of 40 thousand plastic sheet and is being converted into a 1912 era British steam tug.

Tincan, which Lindberg tug do you refer to? They made two different tugs. The Coast Guard tug is just about HO scale all over.
