Forum Links

The staff at Free Rails has compliled a list of forum links for our members.  We encourage you to visit these additional sites.  Why?  let me share with you a few reasons.

Because we believe in providing information to the model railroader.  We certainly would love to be able to answer everyones' questions and in a perfect world we would love to think we can, but reality tells us otherwise.

Inspiration, ideas, and knowledge come from sharing with others.  Let's be real, you have more then one reference book in you library, you visit more then one hobby shop for your hobby needs, and your on the internet now looking for more.

We certainly hope that Free Rails will be your home forum, but all of us encourage you to visit other forums to better well round you as a model railroader.

One of our alert new members from the UK pointed out that this list had a number of links which no longer worked--and no wonder, as the list was 8 years old.

I bent his arm behind his back, until he ''volunteered'' to go through the list, and record the ones that were inactive- so that I could delete the''bad'' ones, and hopefully make the list more useful.

So folks, Barrymk took time that I'm sure that he could have spent doing something much more interesting, and spent it to help FreeRails be a better forum--If there are any mistakes, they are mine, as I was interrupted a couple times in the editing of the original post.

We all owe him a ''WELL DONE ''

Fix it again, Mr Gates--it still works!"
