It might just look that way since I removed a lot of the frame. The motor and gears came from late production MDC 2-8-0's. I used it them because the can motor ran better and didn't take as much space. Both of the K27's will use the same type motor and gear setup.

I got side-tracked when I received some parts I had been waiting on for a long time that were for something else. I will get back to the K27's soon.

bill, i've been on the road alot lately.  any updates on the loco?  would like to see 'em if ya got 'em..........steveL:
