I came across these two oldies and thought I'd pass them along since they both concern trains.
This is a very young Boudreaux back in them olden daze. Note the old Lionel train on the living room floor and I am running a "remote control" automobile in the middle. Also shown is a state of the art television which was only switched on in the evening to watch wrestling and Sid Ceasar.
Later years photo is me in the cab of a KATY FA loco with my buddy Mike Long in the walkway. The FA was in the dead line at the KATY shops in Bellmead, TX where we used to prowl around for hours.
I thought I'd post these and maybe stir up somebody else with the same idea.

Not top quality, but you must consider that this was taken when photography was in its infancy--most likely a tintype
Folks that know me say that I should do this more often, because I am full of it----don't understand what they mean, but I'm sure they are just trying to be helpful
