Free-form sectional layout, interesting.
Green works on the loco, another color just wouldn't have the same life to it.

As soon as I can get my sophisticated computer analysis of available track configurations done, the graders will remain at the Bloated Goat. Yep, right....

The new work will be quite a departure for me in that I will have help this time...actualy, I will accept help this time. The Gila Tram tourists will have some more scenery to see but maybe not more cliff dwellings. Some mines may be dug but the whole affair looks to be a scenic excercise. There will be need for excavation equipment but the Brownhoist is is bit too wimpy for that kind of work.
Besides, spring into summer will be the "projected" time of throwing dirt.

Woodie

I hope the 'sophisticated computer analysis' of the right-of-way is going well.

( watch out for those NASA type metric/imperial goofs...
...it might not join-up, or go where it should !!! )

Cheers.

Si.

Can't wait !

As reported in the Mogollon thread, foam will be procured next week and work will begin when the weather permits...and the stock of camera tripods. We'll have fun, fun, fun till daddy takes the hot knife away.

Woodie, I can't stop smiling when I look at your layout. I'ts the exact opposite of conventional! A smoke generator on your your "little engine that could" would definitely put it over the top. It would be a real kick to make the model T into an R/C vehicle as well.

BTW do you have to tear all of that down during inclement weather?
