I have seen pictures of a system, where an air brake cylinder (the propelling cylinder in the Japanese video) was used to push against the short ties that support the ring rail in the turntable pit- but the "claw", for want of a better description, is unique to me.

Now that is thinking. Good little video. But what is with the Coke plaque, does it run on Coke? I've heard that Coke is good for everything.
