Looks like we have a subject for the first session of chatterbox.

PROCRASTINATION

Damien suggested the topic so I think with out further procrastination I should at least post the subject. Will give it until the end of this week to see if there are some members who are still procrastinating over their reply, then set a time schedule.

WHile this sounds like a good subject, You may want to pick a secondary topic that is Modeling or RR specific as either an addition or as a backup.......;)

Me, i'm on a C&S C-16  kick lately Colorado & Southern # 60 to be precise.................I like the looks and am thinking about detailing my BLI to a similar look.

Its simply a way cool looking piece of machinery.;)

Course you might want to pick something a little broader........Like SCENERY :bg:

This is a very specific modelling related subject, and effects us all to some degree. Whether the cause be monetary, confidence or lack of free time.

The suggestion was put forward rather tongue in cheek, I'm quite happy to have it discarded if Admin thinks something else is more relevant

No.....please dont do that, its a great topic..............we just may bind that having an additional topic at the ready would be a good idea at any of these discussions.

Its hard to say what will happen on any given day with any topic.

Tongue in cheek can be good at times as its gut level instinctual stuff. You wouldnt have said it had you not felt it was a big problem for many.

Some even procrastinate about something as simple as typing a post.

Ive seen threads about this topic in every forum more than once. Oh they are sometimes disguised with a flowery title but its all the same thing..............Getting motivated to get something done!! :)

I think its a great topic Damien :)

Lets get this show on the road.

Here is a suggested time and date.I think I have covered most time zones.

Times are shown in local time

USA  Oregon        7pm    Monday 3rd. April

        Colorado      8pm    "        "     "

        Minnesota     9pm    "      "      "

        Wisconsin      9pm    "     "   "

        New York       10pm   "    "     "

        Florida           10pm    "    "      "

CANADA

         Ontario          10pm   "      "     "

AUSTRALIA

          Eastern          12noon   Tuesday   4th. April

          Western         10am         "         "     "

UK

         London             3am     Tuesday     4th April

Think this covers most members. Maybe not ideal for some but this is not set in stone, I think most members will be able to work in with it. Sorry about London but we may be able to adjust to something a little more reasonable.

Todd has suggested that we have a back up topic for discussion, and I must say that is not silly.

What about

Mistakes I have made

As a second topic.  This could save others from stuff ups.

Just a thought.

Awesome Don!  :rah:

Monday evening is about the only weeknight that I can say I can be sure to make it to the discussion.

I was a little worried I may not have been able.
