And Dallas, when you get to adding a mouse/rat coming out the hole, Verlinden does make a kit with about 6 or 7 rats in various poses. Wonder how a rat poses?

Excellent detailing, I can even smell the bacon sizzling.

Planning to add an old high-boy style fridge against that wall with the mouse hole ... and a mouse-trap scene underneath ... (who details under the fridge?) :)

Think we'll try to avoid the big, ugly rats here and go for some cute little mice from a Mantis 1/35 animal set ...

In close-up, the mouse trap appears a wee-bit crude and oversized, but ...

It's really freakin' tiny & I had a helluva time setting it! :)

Hi Dallas

Is that 'real' cheese ...
... or 1:35 'faux' cheese ?

The colouring of the cheese looks VERY real for Edam ...
... added carrot colour, I think the Dutch use.
(you could use Floquil; since it's not going to be eaten...
...I hope !)

You forgot the blood-stains on the mouse-trap...
...from earlier-on at breakfast.

Nice boots !!!

Cheers

Greetings y'all!  I've been making little bits of progress here-n-there ... installing some of the details ... testing out lights and so forth ...

Couple years ago ... when this "little" sammich shop diversion started, Dave K. at http://www.VectorCut.com was kind enough to make some laser cut bread slices for me ...

Tonight's insanity ...

Yup!  It's a half-eaten sammich on delicious, nutritious laser bread.  Yum! :)
