Greetings ..
I have a Life - Like U-boat chassis with a decoder that chip that says Atmel and some numbers. Who makes this chip/decoder? Decoder Pro does not list it. Thanks you guys.

With Decoder Pro can you read CV 8? What number does it show? Also CV 7 once we do have the proper manufacturer ID.

Alright, here it goes. .... CV8=113, CV7=6.
Could this possibly be a QSI decoder?

Yes it is a QSI decoder with a software version of 6. You might contact QSI and ask about the proper decoder part number.

BINGO! Yep, that's the one! Decoder Pro has it listed under the QSI Lifelike option. All is good in Decoderville. BTW, do the Chinese set the QSI's volume at max just to harrass us? Man, they're loud! Thanks for the help.
