Naw, haven't dozed off, just "up lifted". More info here on the model.

That's a Weaver RS3 next to the crane. The crane is 1:50. Slightly larger than O scale. I was going to animate it with radio control. Another project that never got off the launch pad. Oh well.

I was lucky enough to work around a real 4100 on my last job. She was an old lady, but wow could she do work!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't 1:50 slightly smaller than O (1:48) scale?

Spotted this conversion kit, for the 1:48 dozer kit, on the previous page <<<

Kinda 'vintageizes' it (is that a proper word !?).

Hydraulics out & 'old school' cable-lift dozer-blade in.

Kit is from Backwoods Miniatures.
