I spoke to Dan a little while back.



Due to various building conversions with his house.

His garage had to be used for storage sadly.



The good news was though ...

... he actually sold the layout, whole, to a Guy living just down the road from him.



I think Dan has been pretty busy.

But he did tell me he had been tinkering with a new project.

What a bummer!

I just read through all 44 pages for the first time.
This is a beautiful layout.
Very creative and artistic.
I really like the use of HO locos for On30.
Really, really nice work.
I was severely bummed when I got to Si's update at the end.
