think from an German manufacturer, for service in Turkey.

Maybe not as a booster axle, but to distribute weight over more axles.

The TCDD had some of the class 34001


So that's an 2-6-0 (built in 1911/14 by Hanomag and Borsig)

And here's one to annoy the rivet counters.

Make a model of this Baldwin,
wait for them to tell you the trailing pony truck wheel is in the wrong place,
then show them the photo ...
