How do you insulate the steel ties so that they don't short the two rail power ? ;)

sorry, no hot pix - I've been busy making another passenger-carrying wagon - more on that in appropriate time. The loco's side tanks needed to be painted waterproof on the inside. Too much goo builds up if you leave it as it was. Then there is some grading to do for the compost bin siding, haven't put that in yet.
