No, not the US Border Guard in action.

GE E60C-2s and an older E60C (single end cab)
hauling coal empties on the Black Mesa & Lake Powell RR,
one of the few overhead electric systems in the US.

When first built, this was the highest voltage overhead catenary in the world, at 50KV.

BM&LPRR acquired the locos from the former Mexican State RR,
after the cutback of their planned electrification programme.

Have learned the whole operation has been shut down,
and the line is in process of dismantling.

Visited three times - 1981, 1994, 2013

Last time I noticed the repainted Mexican unit had a custom platform on one end,
maybe for MOW work.
