Made with balsa, plastic rails and stairs, a few tuna cans, misc. dowels. That's a penny in the foreground to give it some perspective.

Inventive. Creative. And now I wonder what a tuna oil refinery would smell like. Probably not like the Amoco refinery in Sugar Creek MO I lived right near while it was being dismantled.

Believe me, you do not want to be down wind of a cannery
when fish meal is being made, boiling off the oil. I worked in a pulp mill (late 1960s) and it smelled like a rose, when the cannery was cooking, the cannery was located about a mile away.
Still have a few photos of the model that I built of that cannery for the MRR club there.

Ahh, paper mills, was sometimes downwind of those in South Carolina, call it "eau de unforgettable".
Or was it "eau de unmentionable".
Sometimes difficult to decide.
