Hi Helmut,
The green loco is most likely a 1/48 scale Victorian Railways NA class 2-6-2T by Haskell, see http://haskellco.net/0n30puffingbillyNA.html
These locomotives are still in daily service near Melbourne on the Puffing Billy 2'6" gauge line http://puffingbilly.com.au/en/

Congrats on the display Ian. You had some nice stuff on the table, including that little red vertical-boilered steam loco in your first photo,
