Over the weekend my kids threw me a birthday party--one daughter took a day off from work to make me this--

Everything eatable except the foil covered car supports, and the green poster board base.

At the end of the party, only the loco was left--

I'm not saying Herb is tight but even his Birthday Cake Train goes round a fairly sharp curve.

Happy Birthday,      Michael

Thanks, guys!

Yes, Karen is pretty talented. At the start of the school year her kids get a school bus cake, to ease the pain.

Herb, who is now starving to get rid of those extra calories---

Bet that coal was tasty !!

I like the look of munching a few of those cross-ties as well !!

Hi Again Herb.

I think Karen made a good choice with the 'welded' seamless construction.

Spitting out all those rivets whilst eating the caboose wouldn't have been good !

Quite right, Si--rivets might cause indigestion.

Ties, while eatable were lacking in taste-but the rail was rather tasty. Coal was small bits of chocolate. No shovel--had to use fork
