Yeah I have a very helpful Czech mate, Sprogno, who suggested I start building tramways in bottles so that nothing could get lost....

Look on the bright side Trev - you could drink the bottle's content first before having to start all that sub-miniature modelling. Crazy stuff.

Sorry to hear your issues Trev, some things can be fixed ,some not unfortunately. I don't think the full effects of chemical exposure during military service is known yet!
Hopefully there will be some buyers amongst the garden railway groups. At least you are in Canberra where there is an active garden railway group (or there was when I lived there)that might help get the word out.

Perhaps a smaller rtr scale might work for you although I have found myself rejecting going back to HO with my new indoor layout.
