The ME ones I have appear to be steel. While I have plenty of practice spiking rail indoors, I have not done it outdoors.

" But if I have violated a policy or common practice here I can change."

Hi Helmut

I think you have totally missed the point of my answer to your question.

There are NO RULES here at Freerails.
I couldn't care less where people Post their stuff.
If they like where they are putting it, WAY TO GO !

My point is really quite simple.
If I wanna catch 'the latest' on a Members build...
...I just go to their Thread... it, reply to a question, or leave an attaboy !

I just think it is nice if some one has a 'home base' Thread.
It's just what people tend to do.

Your project is well underway now, it seems to me.
So I thought it would be a good time to gather things together under one roof.

But as Herb says :- " We're not running a prison camp "

So carry on Posting stuff all over the place, if that's what makes sense to you.

Replied to the same thing in another of the track Threads as well :-
