Reg,

What do you mean by flats?

The logging cars?

Great photos of both your layout and conversions.

Added a photo of a rebuilt standard gauge 3 truck SHAY, to a 2-6-0+0-6-2T,

a conversion which was done in Brazil during the late 1930's.

Perhaps you may need a road engine to get the log's to the mill.  :us:

Yes, I know this picture.

I remember, that several years ago there was a discussion about this one,
some people arguing it is (was) a Mason Bogie.

OK on first sight someone could see some similarities.

The Shay locomotives site has a note,
that it was an experimental locomotive and never entered normal service.

Nevertheless it is a nice engine.

Sorry Reg for the confusion.

Those flats are one industrial building front, I found on the net 2 years ago as a free download.
I just used it multiple times by removing windows, mirroring it or adding trees without background.

Then printed the pics on 300gramms A4 paper and glued to the wall.

At some places I will add a tree, to hide the separation line that appeared when the glue dried.
I think they look much better than the buildings I had previously installed, and they take less space.

Alain:

That is cool.  I have a situation where that would work well.

I guess I have some googling to do.

Thanks

Reg
