A driverless Tasmanian train fully loaded with cement was deliberately derailed today,

because is lost contact with the control room that controlled it and was out of control.

Police cars with lights and sirens ran parallel to the train warning people of the impending accident,

clocked the train traveling 50 kph  instead of 15 kph.

Not bad for a 3'6" gauge train heading into the wharf area,

two pedestrians nearby were slightly injured by timber from a damaged fence.......

Sounds like it was an exciting day in Devonport when the runaway happened.
