Hi Howard,
Welcome aboard, Have you seen the 1/87 R/C HO front-end loaders on Youtube?? These are a custom-build in Europe, are probably dear as poison, if you could buy one, but could probably be shoehorned into the Tamiya dozer or similar. This would give blade lift and traction control probably servos to spare for a ripper.

More information about how they do it is on the Micro-modelbau forum at 8514.homepagemodules.de Have a look at the blade lift at http://78514.homepagemodules.de/

Also have a look at Siku CONTROL32 - especially this one
https://www.siku.de/en/sortiment/sikucontrol32/lkw-traktoren/liebherr-r980-sme-raupenbagger.html

Tear one of these apart and it should get you your dozer, blade lift and possibly a ripper.

Seeing we're talking tanks as the motive power, also have a look at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7EBHpqeFeY and the comments for a blade lift.

Hopefully that should get the creative juices flowing,

Thanks John. I am looking for all and any import.  Being retired now I sure can Rae my time, and look at all options. I sure will check out all those web sites!  Thanks.   Howie
