Welcome aboard, Have you seen the 1/87 R/C HO front-end loaders on Youtube?? These are a custom-build in Europe, are probably dear as poison, if you could buy one, but could probably be shoehorned into the Tamiya dozer or similar. This would give blade lift and traction control probably servos to spare for a ripper.

Also have a look at Siku CONTROL32 - especially this one

Tear one of these apart and it should get you your dozer, blade lift and possibly a ripper.

Seeing we're talking tanks as the motive power, also have a look at and the comments for a blade lift.

Hopefully that should get the creative juices flowing,
