Si:

Nobody has replied.

It is a great model and needs a new home, but I can't see any means of shipping it.
So somebody is going to have to want to wander out to the wilds of western, very western, Washington.

Of course, there is a chance that sometime in the next year or so,
I might be looking for an excuse for a road trip.

I have been here.
I just haven't posted much.

Work on the railroad has been slow.
There have been family obligations,
and I have been spending time in the machine shop.
Still very much a learning experience.

Some news on the logging railroad front.
Some will remember I have had an engine shed model,
purportedly built by John Labbe that I have wanted to get to a new home.

It has one.
The Simpson Lumbermen's and Railroad Museum (I think that is their official title)
expressed an interest and one of the their board members came around and picked it up.
I have hopes that it will be of use to them.

It would be wonderful to see their dream of excursions on the Simpson trackage come to fruition.
But they have a long way to go.

Other news in the HO forum.

Reg

Hi Reg

Hey ! ... Interesting news about the engine house model !  :thumb:

To be on display publicly, is possibly better, than being on a home layout.  L:

Also 'local' ... & logging as well !!

Do you have a better photo, or two, of the model Reg ?  ???

I can't seem to find any, other than the shelf ^^ shot.  :f:

:)
