I'm reaching out to everyone here to see if anyone knows,
where we could obtain screw and rail clips either combined or separate.

The dimensions and style are critical.

We have located bolts of a just about the right size,
however they either have a hexagonal head or a small round washer under the head.

Neither is any good,
we need a square headed bolt 1/32" (0.8mm) across with no washer.

I have found a nail manufacturer,
who would make some at a cost (I need to buy c. 30kg of them!)

We assume we will need to etch the clips.

I have attached drawings of the model dimensions.

This is for 7mm scale:1ft (1:43.5) Lynton & Barnstaple track.
