Where will your 2' line be coming from?
Seems to me, the caravan park would be the beginning point.

The caravans would have been towed into the park,
so no need to ride a train to the caravan park.

A destination away from the caravan park would then be logical.

Perhaps a distant beach or a spectacular waterfall,
or maybe some sort of amusement park.

Amusement parks, being large,
would need to be depicted on a backdrop panel.

Not sure what you mean by "link" the tunnel.

If you're talking about how to model the tunnel,
I would place the tunnel entrance a ways back from a side backdrop.

An opening in the backdrop would permit trackage to go onto the next baseboard.

If the next baseboard is the town, trackage could enter between buildings,
no need to show the tunnel at all.

Will there be a trolly or a train?

" As a courtesy ... Please sign Posts with your first name ... Thanks "

Members Posts on Freerails need to be accompanied by the Members first name

Which is either already part of their Profile Name or entered into their Signature Box

Or added to a Members Post manually like at the end of a regular letter

This courtesy guideline can be seen clearly at the top of each Freerails Page

Tom

A most interesting concept,

have seen a few older model caravans in 1/32 1/35 scale,

they are out there,

best of luck with the model.

real men don't use instructions. they are only
the manufacturers opinion on how to put the thing together!
