Looking at the product description, they are still HO scale arch bars and they have brass wheels...
Mmmm, I would opt for nice steel or nickel silver wheelsets (NWSL or even Bachmann)
since brass wheels are "old school" and some say that brass causes more "gunk" buildup than NS or steel.
Of course this is your choice.
You might "bite the bullet" and order a pair, after all it's only money!
Let us know what you think.

I bought 3 pairs last night.

$25 shipped.

Bachmann wheelsets are like $29/pair...

Will do a full in depth review when I get them.

I received these...

Like you said they're just HO trucks...

Disappointing as they were described as On30...

Sean, have heart...you'll use them under something.
I have seen many companies try to sell HO stuff as On30 since it runs on the same gauge.
Maybe they don't know better or maybe they think On30 types are just "HO wannabes",
or...maybe they haven't got a clue as to scale relationships.
Hmmmmmm……….

If you want On30 sized wheels you can buy them from the UK,
they are 14.1mm diameter, a touch over 27 inch in On30

https://www.hattons.co.uk/17738/hornby_r8218_14_1_mm_coach_wheels_pack_of_10_/stockdetail.aspx

About $17 for a pack of 10.

I wouldn't recommend using 14.1mm dia. wheels for 'normal' On30 rolling stock ...  :old dude:

... they are considerably bigger than the 1/2" dia. 'Bachmann' On30 use as standard.

At 27" dia. they are also considerably bigger than the 24" wheels the D.& R.G.W. used.

I buy 'Hornby' wheelsets on eBay for about £7 or £8 ($10) for a pack of x10 inc. P&P.  :thumb:

The 'Hornby' 12.6mm dia. metal wheelsets, are a drop-in replacement for 'Bachmann' On30.

They are, R8096 solid-disc, R8097 3-hole-disc, R8098 spoked. all 12.6mm, in packs of x10.  :)

I thought the DRGW used 26 inch wheels most of the time, which would be 13.75mm?

Sean, goodness, I might imagine that Bachmann's On30 trucks are the cheapest On30 trucks!
There are others available but they are more "fine scale" (means expensive!).
How many pairs of trucks are you needing?
I can't imagine Bachmann's are $29 per pair!
Check with me on a PM, I may have some that I could get rid of.
Just an offer of possible help.
