Hello.

The photos are part of my blog, not on a photo hoster or the like.
And they should be visible all the time.

But it can happen that my blog is temporary not responding
(as it can happen to any website).

This can be by network/internet issues or because the blog is maintained
(means install new patches and upgrades).
But this should be done in minutes.

For me all images are visible as they should.

When we talk about a Photo Host we mean anywhere photos are other than on Freerails

As soon as any photos are separated from their thread in any way at all Gremlins creep in

It is interesting Doug can see photos so it is not a user seeing their own cached photos

But for me both in this thread and your other Freerails thread I currently see no photos

When you initially posted both of these threads and some days after I saw photos there

I have no issue with seeing photos generally on the Net or with the hardware I am using

So very unexplained indeed and not an issue which I am used to having here whatsoever

Both very interesting threads Claus but it is a shame some users see no photos though

:f: ?

If it makes any difference, I do see all the photos with the messages ...

Just a fyi, Windows 10 with Firefox.

Hi Eddie.

As you are the very first person who can't see photos in my posts, I'm curious what's going on.
Can you please have a look at my blog and tell me, if you see photos directly on my blog?

Also my blog is in German language I have a GTranslate plugin installed,
so it's displayable in nearly every language.

If you can see them there, it's more than astonishing  L:  they don't show up for you here.
If you can't see the photos on my blog too, then I think your ISP did not like Germany that much... ;)

I'm posting in some forums (here, ngrm-online and a couple of German model railroading forums)
and I don't want to upload the photos multiple times.

My internet connection is very slow so it takes ages to upload anything.
Once uploaded to my blog I can use them anywhere without issues, except of your problem here.

Sorry.

Hi Claus

Your blog seems to be currently blocked from appearing to me here

As I said previously that was not the case when you first posted your photos

Nothing has changed here and I dont suffer site blocking at all generally

My guess is that I am not the first to experience this

But simply one of the first to report it

Very curious

:f: ?

Eddie

Claus's blog and photos are all open to me here in the UK using Windows 7 and Chrome,
where I can see all and get the translation of the blog to English.

Being a computer numpty, I can't offer a suggestion as to what the solution to your problem might be,
but it's interesting no-one else has reported an issue.
