Hello everyone.

I am David and I guess I am a new member.
I know many of you from other forums, but I used to be a member here.
I guess I got lost.

Anyhoo, I do Gn15 and G9 and have been somewhat dormant for a year or so.
It is time to start again and I just purchased a 1/2" scale Herb Deeks mining loco and 3 ore cars,
from Ozark Miniatures.  Really nice folks.

Time to start on tracks and make something happen.

Bye for now

Welcome, David!

You will find that while it is a small community here,
the members who are here have a lot of good info.
and it’s a lot of fun looking at everything people are up to.

There are some VERY good modelers here,
and we tend to gravitate away from mainstream modeling,
so your plans will almost certainly be well received!

Like Si already suggested, get the ball rolling.
We’d all like to see what you’ve done so far,
and where you’re going with it!

Howdy David, Welcome to Freerails!

I know you will enjoy it here, we have some Gn15 dudes,
and others following really obscure scales.

Get some stuff built and show it off here.

Woodie

Now it seems to work.
I just needed to post the emoticon first.

Speaking of Gn15,
the Gnatterbox is fixed and back online.

Thanks Teebee!

Hey Dave,

Welcome aboard,
nice to see another Gn15 modeler join in here.

I too started in Gn15 with a Herb Deeks battery loco and three ore cars.

I wasn't aware that these products were still available,
need to check that out.

I'm having no luck finding Herb Deeks products on Ozark Miniatures.

Any idea where I can find the secret trap door to enter the land of Herb Deeks?
