My little ore car worked as good as a wheelbarrow.

Ready for track now.

Track is on the way (UPS).

So I made a small water tower today.
Not super detailed, but will look good.

Looks great for the investment.
Besides my time, there's maybe $6.00 materials.

Hi Wes

Good to see you're moved in & engineering your new roadbed !  :thumb:

Nice light there in that part of the World !!  :s:

You may not be seeing this yourself, due to your computer/phone etc. ...  ???

... but ALL the 'vertical' photos you Post, appear 90-deg. anti-clockwise, as 'horizontals' ...  :f:

... & ALL the 'horizontal' photos you Post, appear 100% CORRECT, the right way up.  :)

I'm sure we've all seen this at one time or another, & it ISN'T Freerails doing this ...

... the problem, is 9 times out of 10, due to the 'smart' camera, being, well, not !

But due to even MORE smartness, the user sometimes doesn't see this on THEIR screen ...

... everybody else does though, & sees the photos 'rotation' as it REALLY is.

In your case, one simple answer to this is, don't take or Post 'vertical' photos.  L:

There is no advantage in taking 'vertical' photos, for display on a 'horizontal' screen anyway.

I hope that makes sense & the solution in any case is pretty simple, 'horizontal' photos.

The water-tower looks GREAT ! by the way ...  :moose: :moose: :moose: :moose: :moose:

... just tipped-over so all the water leaked out !  ;)

:java:  :dt:

Si.

Odd, that the images appear correct on my computer.

Wondering if it might be a browser issue?

Nice vehicle.

May I suggest adding a driver?  And, maybe a helper?

You may, and adding life to the layout is actually pretty high on the list.
It comes along with trying to develop some skills "rolling my own" people.

While there are some really nice figures to be purchased,
the budget calls for home grown.

Some of those Modolu figures are downright art.
Not "Dogs playing poker" haute.

:)

Looks like American Diorama has a number of figures at a decent price.
ICM makes some 1/24 scale figures also.

Many of my 1/35 scale figures come from military sets that I modify.
Most of those figures only cost me a buck or two each.

Though I have broken down and bought a few resin or 3D-printed figures.
