Looks like you need a snow plow!

:)

I will be looking forward to seeing more after the Spring thaw.

And welcome to Freerails.  This is a fun bunch of folks.

Reg

Can also be quite a cast of characters at times, too.  :bg:

Trains do look good in snow.

Yes, definitely need a snow plow.

Now you have a project to work on until Spring gets here.

Try some photos in black & white.

Welcome to the Forum Skip Harry.

We don't get much snow where I am,

we have bush fires,

I was going to suggest a flame thrower to melt the snow, but I won't.  :)

Looking forward to seeing more pics in the spring and summer,

looks interesting.

.............Peter.

Looks like any Californians on board,

will be pleased the coach heating works well !  :w:

How cold does it have to get at Goldfish Falls,

for the waterfall to freeze up ?

I've had the pond and waterfall for over 15 years.

There are two pumps running constantly,
so the water is heated a little by them.

I've had ice on the falls but the water still flows.
The pond has almost frozen over completely a couple of times.

I try to keep an opening to get oxygen into the water for the fish.
So far they have survived the winters in the frozen north.

I thought I'd give a view of Goldfish Falls station in better weather.

This would be from summer 2020.

Building is scratchbuilt from plans (modified) in Garden Railways magazine.

I used remnants of leftover materials since I can't bear to throw things out.
In this case it's laminate flooring.

I'm waiting to see how it holds up in the weather.
