The decoder is a bit dated and no longer in production.

But Pin6 is Cap+ and Pin5 is GND.
It is rather improbable that ROCO did not implement the corresponding connections.
You can check this by measuring the voltage between Pins 6&5 when the loco is on live DCC track - it should read some 15..18VDC.

If so, you can connect any stay-alive unit that is able to handle that voltage.

You may need it after the caps are built in, to adjust CV29.
