Fifty years ago, my first project in HOn30,
was to make some passenger cars.
I started with MDC Overton cars,
and cut a section out of the middle of the car to narrow it.
This involved cutting the body, under frame, and roof.
As I remember I used 'Grandt Line' trucks under them.
I found a few of these Overton cars at a show a few years ago,
and bought them, thinking I would try again.
When the Mini-Trains cars became available,
I put the project way on the back burner.
I wish I had kept the originals.
