Hi crazy bike speeder fans !

WOT ? it aint finished yet ? L:

Nope. :us:

Tamiya have done a stella job, as you would expect, of designing their Harley kit. :brill:

So what's the problem ?

If you assemble the kit 'as intended', you get a pretty nice model.

The back wheel, mudguard, hub, chain & some of the frame; is ALL one part.

This looks surprisingly OK, & makes building the kit easy.

If you want to get rid of the rear wheel to make a bike speeder ... Problems !

Having stared at this lil' lot for a week; I think I'm going to finish the kit as intended.

So have been looking at other 1:35 bike kits, for speeder use.

Since I will have a Harley from this; I have looked at something else for the speeder.

This kit is more like Woodie's MiniArt kit.

The wheels & frame etc. are all seperate ( & very fiddley ! ).

Looks much more of a sensible route though; if you what a bike without wheels !!

Yes ... TWO full models ! :moose::moose:

Upside - I get a 'spare' Indian, NICE ... Downside - mucho dinero ( I'll eat rice next week ! )

So ... just thought I'd put all this nonsense up !

You never know; some other nutter might read this one day & make a crazy bike speeder !

Cheers

Si.:P

P.S. Jose, I have my beady lil' eyes on another one of your railcar threads as well !

You gotta stop finding all these realy cool photos ... a guy just can't keep up !
