I posted this already, but I must have placed it in the wrong forum...
Anyway, here it is again.

My name is Benny Rhoads, I live in Orange, Texas.  I am getting back into model
railroading after being away for about 30 years.  I have joined a local club, and
have spent time working on the club layout.  I am addicted to the early logging
industry in Pennsylvania, from the 1880's to around 1940.  I have a very extensive
library dealing with early Pennsylvania history and especially with the Logging
and lumber industry.  Even though I live in Texas now, I still own property in
Northwestern PA.  The property I own was once part of the Teddy Collins empire.
I will be running HO standard gauge, and HOn3 narrow gauge with some of the track  having dual rail laid for both gauges.  I hope to gain new information from this web site.

Benny Rhoads

Thanks for the welcome Bernd.  I see you live close to Rochester.  You might know a friend of mine, Richard Senges who is a model railroader also.  He is quite a craftsman.  I hope to converse with you more in the future.

Benny-

Might want to think about not having your Email address posted--thats the way spammers get to make friends. I removed it from your first posts, but it's wholly up to you

Herb

HI Herb...
Yeah, I forgot I had the addy attached.  What I did was write the paragraph with name and all to post to a Moderator to be registered.  When I got the OK, I just copied the paragraph and posted it in the forum.  Forgot all about the addy.  Thanks for cleaning up after me..

Bernd, I have relatives in Fairview N.Y..  I am originally from N.W. PA.  I got to know Richard through the Rochester Model RR club.  He has helped me with problems on my logging layout.  I think he just received an award, something like a Master Modeler.  We have swapped stories and hardware.  Richard likes to talk too.  When we are on the fone together it usually lasts a while.

Ah the Rochester Model Railroad club. I used to belong to that club when it was the Kodak City Model Railroad club. That was many years ago. Yes, he dose like to talk.
