I have an MRC sounder decoder that has a strange problem. After pressing the horn a few times, the decoder seems to have remapped a lot of the sounds. Pressing different F. buttons sounds the wrong sounds and the decoder is difficult to program. If I increase the speed, the decoder changes the sounds of the engine to different loco engine sounds, and back again when I decrease the speed. Is there a reset code apart from CV125-1 (that only resets some CVs) ? I need to fully default the decoder to it's original settings, including the CV settings we don't know about ? .................frustrated Peter. |

Why not go to the horse's mouth for a definitive answer. I've found them very helpful in the past. https://www.modelrectifier.com/dccdecoders-s/112.htm Last edited on Wed Aug 1st, 2018 11:56 am by slateworks |
