Hi Guys, Greetings from southern Connecticut.
Thanks for the welcome.

I have just tried my first battery powered On30 narrow gauge,
with an MRC Loco Genie in my Bachmann Mogul,
and the same in a diesel powered critter.

It is very refreshing to watch that small loco run non stop,
through the switch frogs that have made my rail powered locos jerky.

I'm looking forward to installing the RC train units in several others.

Everyone take care.

Mark

Mark,

Good to see someone else giving the Loco Genie a try.
How about posting some photos?

Just found out that MRC no longer makes the Loco Genie with diesel sound.
May have to find an alternative.
