Sure.
 
I grew up in a city with an extensive trolley system - operating a mix,
of wooden pre-war single truckers, post-war homebuilts, Duewags, interurbans... 

Mainline railroading was similar, siderodders from the Twenties still operating,
and plenty of more modern boxcab types. 

No wonder I love electric traction.

Have stuffed 30 Gramm of old tire lead weights,
in and under the rear cab, that's over the powered axle.

Hope this will make her a little more sure footed.
