For the track, I choose to reproduce the Decauville light portable track,

with some compromise on the over sized running rail chair.

That's superb work Franck.

I don't think that your track clips are that far oversized,
after using a similar clip system on 1:1 scale 610mm gauge here in oz.

Please keep the good stuff coming.

:apl: :apl: :apl:

Hi Franck,

Superb progress.  :2t:     :apl:

That's a great start.
Your new layout will be something very special when it's done.

"More please", when you can.

We'll be waiting.

Thank you for your encouraging comments.

I acquired two more Tintin's figures

I will use the followings rolling stocks.

I used LGB, HLW and Bacmann's skips that I customized.
I picked them from my fleet of 40 skips.

I will add  specific Egyptian loads like statues, stone ...

Hi Franck

Is Snowy likely to turn up in Egypt?

Snowy will be of course in Egypt,
like in the book.

I modified the tower because I was not satisfied by the mock-up.
I need just to paint it and weather it now.
